A sneak peak in our vibrant Ski Story café on your way up to reception has already piqued your interest. Inviting cedar wood front deck sprawling across the resort, slate stone pathways and gradual steps adorned with curved stone walls assimilating into the contours of mountain terrain gently guide you to ‘Oryza’–our restaurant, a level above reception.

Oryza with its warm décor, large French doors revealing the grandeur of mountain views and open-to-sky cedar wood patio is sure to be your love at first sight. Like true Indians, we believe that a good meal makes the heart happy. Our chefs cook with zeal and feel. Oryza tickles your taste buds with wafting aroma. Freshly cooked scrumptious spread of delicious meals will surely tempt you for second helpings and more!

For breakfast, a wide spread of North Indian, South Indian and continental fare is prepared to kick-start your day before you set out for day hikes and excursions. For the main course, we serve delectable variety of Indian, Chinese and local Garhwali delicacies with a handful of continental dishes and exciting desserts. Savoury local cuisine with organic farm grown fresh ingredients is most favourite amongst our guests from India and all across the world. Do ask for mandue ki roti, chaunsa, kafuli, laal bhaat and jhangore ki kheer!

Our high tea is an interesting tête-à-tête that our clients truly enjoy every afternoon. What a fabulous way to connect, exchange thoughts and plan for outdoors! Personal barbeques in the evening, romantic candle light dinners and couple dining on the restaurant patio under the starry sky are some of our own favourites - the moments you will cherish forever.
